About us

The project Cool Neighbourhoods is dedicated to reducing heat risks and enhancing community resilience in at-risk neighbourhoods across North West Europe through innovative solutions and integrative approaches.

Through the development and implementation of Neighbourhood Heat-Stress Action Plans (NHSAPs), Cool Neighbourhoods aims to improve urban liveability by creating more comfortable and sustainable environments for residents.

This project focuses on implementing sustainable cooling solutions that not only mitigate heat risks but also promote environmental sustainability and resilience, contributing to a greener and healthier urban environment for present and future generations.
